Mr. Raymond Cheng

Mr. Raymond Cheng possesses over 30 years of experience in finance IT industry. He worked in various IT functions in HSBC Hong Kong and North America. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Cheng was the Chief Operating Officer for HSBC Asia Pacific. Currently he is a Council Member of HSBC Vietnam Member Council. Also Mr. Cheng is holding Non-executive Director positions and providing advisory to a few FinTech startups and a technology venture fund. In the community, Mr. Cheng served as the Director of Hong Kong Science and Technology Park in 2013 – 2018. He is a Council Member of the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Group. Also, he is the Chairman of Chinese University Engineering FinTech Applied Research Academy Advisory Committee. Mr. Cheng participates in some technology advisory committees for government and universities.
