Mr. Tiger Luo

Mr. Tiger Luo is the Vice President of China Telecom International. He is currently responsible for the planning and construction of China Telecom’s global international cloud network resources. China Telecom International was established in 2012 and is affiliated to China Telecom Group. The headquarter has been located in Hong Kong, China. “Using world-class digital technology services to help customers succeed” is the company mission. At present, the overseas branches of the international company are spread across 53 countries and regions around the world, with business scope covering Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. It has 52 submarine cables, an international transmission bandwidth of more than 113.8T, 254 international network nodes, and 27 global direct data centers.

Mr. Luo has been in the field of cloud network planning and construction for a long time. He has organized, planned and participated in the construction of China Telecom’s many global submarine and terrestrial cables, IDCs, and operating nodes and has promoted the construction and implementation of many key projects in Hong Kong, making a great contribution to China Telecom’s strong overseas cloud network resource capabilities.
Through powerful global cloud network resources, China Telecom International provides international operators, multinational companies and overseas Chinese customers with personalized, cost-effective integrated communication solutions and diversified telecommunications services that meet global business needs.

Mr. Luo has served as a council member in the Greater Bay Area International Information Technology Industry Association since July 2023. During this period, he has organized many activities to promote information technology exchanges and cooperation in the Greater Bay Area, promote technology and information connectivity, help the integrated development of the Greater Bay Area, and enhance Hong Kong’s technological capabilities.
